A. Termination

The Site is the property of Novel Homes Collective and its affiliates. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Novel Homes Collective reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes will signify your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms. C. Payment and Billing

All events and projects require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost. Quotes may vary based on project factors such as time, cost of materials, and other various elements. Novel Homes Collective will notify and seek approval from the client before any financial changes are made to projects. Finalized projects will not be delivered until full payment has been received. By engaging with Novel Homes Collective, you agree to these billing terms and acknowledge that the deposit secures your booking and covers initial project costs.

D. Data Privacy & Security

Novel Homes Collective is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our Site, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with data transmission and storage online.

E. Intellectual Property

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including "mirroring") to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise without Novel Homes Collective's express prior written consent. F. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide written notice of cancellation for a project or event as soon as possible. The initial non-refundable deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation.

If work has already begun but the full amount has not been paid, Novel Homes Collective reserves the right to invoice for the time invested, work completed, and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date. If the client has paid in full prior to completion and then cancels, Novel Homes Collective will determine if a partial refund will be issued based on the same factors.
